Our experienced associates will assess your current learning continuum, and work with you to identify and create a training approach to ensure your workforce is fully enabled to become top performers in your industry. An example of this type of approach is a three-step learning process, in which each learning element builds on the knowledge gained in the previous steps.

Included in all learning solutions are detailed pre-training needs analysis as well as post training learning assessments and learning effectiveness studies. As part of the analysis, Raland will ensure that distance learning elements are compliant with the clients LMS system.
- Base Knowledge: Distance learning – computer-based or web-enabled. Used to provide background information or theory to the learning to come.
- Interactive “How-to”: Distance learning – computer-based (CBT) or web-enabled. Used to provide basic instruction on using the proper tools to perform the job.
- Interactive, instructor led: The culmination of the students’ journey. The learners use all knowledge gained in the distance elements to perform job-related functions in a facilitated learning environment, either in a physical classroom or interactively, through the latest web technology.
