Dale R. Canning Dale Canning is President, CEO, a Managing Partner of Raland Technologies, and directs the activities of the Communications Division for the company. Dale has a 25 year history in Communications, in particular for technical and scientific disciplines. He has managed or directly produced thousands of hours of media for various purposes, including product and service promotion, in-field product support, and human resource development for high technology, Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Raland in 2009, Dale was President and CEO of Premier Technical Services, Inc. A co-founder of Premier, Dale held various executive positions in the company. He was instrumental in the growth and management of the company from the first day of operations, over 18 years ago. With a unique combination of skills, Dale prides himself on being a business executive with a great deal of technical acumen, particularly in the areas of high technology hardware and software. He has produced award-winning video programs, designed and scripted a vast array of multimedia training programs, and managed millions of dollars worth of media development. Dale is a 1988 Summa Cum Laude graduate of the San Diego Campus of National University, from which he received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration. W.K. (Bill) Rader Mr. Rader founded the company in 1998 and served as the President and Managing Member until merging with IBS in 2008. Under his leadership, Raland established strategic office locations and provided services to clients including Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. Mr. Rader's dedicated efforts have assured the company's success allowing it to become a highly respected and sought after solutions provider. Mr. Rader now serves as the President of Research & Development and as the Chief Business Development Officer. Prior to Raland Technologies, Mr. Rader worked in a variety of positions from Consultant and Senior Engineer to Vice President. Mr. Rader started his tenure in the early 1980’s in the engineering sector of the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Engineering Reactor Controls member of the Submarine Fleet. After his service he worked in increasing levels of responsibility in industry up to his position as President of Raland. Mr. Rader holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is a Member or Senior Member of many industry organizations including: ISPE, PDA, IEEE, Tech Council/MDBio, TechPoint and ISA. Stan Wantuck Throughout his career, Stan has spearheaded innovative uses of multimedia technologies for electronic documentation, help systems, training programs, and performance support systems. His professional experience spans over 25 years and includes instructional design, technical writing, and project management for customers such as Xerox Corporation, Eastman Kodak, Science Research Associates (SRA), Microsoft Corporation, United Technologies, Harris RF Communications, New York City Transit Authority, ICS Learning Systems, Rochester Gas and Electric, Getinge USA, Carestream Health, and the American Red Cross. Stan holds a BS degree in Corporate and Organizational Media from Ithaca College. He is a member of the Society for Applied Learning Technology. Patricia Rader Mrs. Rader served as the Director of the Learning Solutions division for over three years prior to being promoted to Executive Vice President. She aided in establishing the Learning Solutions division in 2006, and served as the divisional director prior to her promotion to Executive Vice President. Her expertise in delivering high quality training programs and computer based training (CBT) products set her aside as a visionary in the field. Her hands-on management style has produced the highest quality products and services, receiving acclaim from every client served. Prior to arriving at Raland, Mrs. Rader managed Technical Documentation and Integrated Training Programs for top companies including Harris Corporation, Ericsson, Unisys, and Xerox. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with concentrations in Technical Communications, and a Minor in Psychology from The State University of New York. Dorcie McKniff Jasperse, Ph. D. Dr. Dorcie McKniff Jasperse has over 30 years of experience in clinical trials and medical research. She as worked in the government, academic, and commercial settings as a data manager, statistician and epidemiologist, project manager, GCP auditor, manager of GMP auditors and senior program manager. In her research roles she has performed or managed testing of therapeutic modalities with new drugs and new devices and explored various epidemiologic hypotheses. In addition, here personal research has ranged from testing various data management methodologies to exploring different physiological mechanisms during controlled environmental conditions. Her Master of Science is in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from Georgetown University and her Doctorate is in Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Jasperse worked as a statistician and epidemiologist at the University of Pittsburgh on a longitudinal maternal health project, exploring the effects of drug, alcohol and cigarette use by the mother on the neonate and beyond. During this time she earned her doctorate and performed additional research at the Human Energy Research Laboratory at the University. After receiving her doctorate, she returned to regulated clinical research and provided project management and statistical services to various industry clients relating to 510(k)s, PMAs, INDs and NDAs. John Osler Mr. Osler joined Raland Technologies in 2011 as Director, Life Sciences. His responsibilities include overall Program Management and Execution within Raland's Life Sciences department. He has over 20 years of GMP experience in Pharmaceutical and Analytical Development, contributing nearly 10 years at the Senior Management level. Prior to joining Raland, Mr. Osler was Associate Director, BioPharmaceutical Process Sciences at UCB Pharmaceuticals (Belgium), where he was responsible for creating their Scientific Knowledge Management program that included global LIMS deployment, Process Analytical Technology (PAT) evaluation, Document Management, and a series of corporate EDMS implementations related to electronic Regulatory Submission-readiness (i.e. eCTD Submission-readiness). Through various leadership positions at Wyeth, Celltech Pharmaceuticals, and UCB Pharma, Mr. Osler developed core competencies in Lab Management & Strategy, Project Management, Quality System implementation, Method Development & Validation, Lab Informatics, Process Validation, and Technology Transfer. He joins Raland having led a variety of large, multinational projects, including the international transfer of solid-dose manufacturing process that resulted in more than 25 national EU/ROW submissions and helped launch over 100 SKUs. Mr. Osler is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, receiving a B.S. degree in Chemistry in 1988. Olga Chmilar Ms. Chmilar is the Managing Director for the Translation Services and Solutions Division of Raland Technologies. Prior to managing the Translation department, she held various positions throughout her tenure at Premier Technical Services including Instructional Designer/Trainer, Technical Writer and Project Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager and General Manager. Olga has over twenty years of training experience, and ten years of translation solutions and services experience. Prior to joining Premier Technical Services, she worked at Xerox Corporation acting as a Training Program Launch Manager for the North American Solutions Group supporting Office/Production Color and Mid-volume Black & White Product Lines. Olga has completed full coursework for her BS in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College, as well as obtained certificates in Curriculum Design and Development using the Criterion Referenced Instruction method of writing, and International Business (through the Rochester International Business Council /RBA, NY). She has also held membership affiliations with the American Society for Training and Development (Board of Director Member / VP of Marketing) - Genesee Valley ASTD 2006-2008); Association for Women in Computing, and Rochester Women's Network. Michael Antalek Mr. Antalek has over 20 years of experience in instructional design and development of computer-delivered, video, and instructor-led training applications. This unique blend of multimedia development and instructional design expertise allow Mr. Antalek to excel in all areas of multimedia training, from design to deployment. Mr. Antalek has served as the lead designer, developer, and project manager for many computer-based training applications and performance support tools for industry-leading corporations such as Xerox, Eastman Kodak, Ford Motor Credit, Goulds Pumps, Getinge, and Pratt & Whitney. In addition to training delivery, Mr. Antalek also led the design and development of a sophisticated, proprietary learning management system (LMS) that employs a unified code base for operation on the Web, Local Area Networks, and stand-alone personal computers. Prior to joining Raland Technologies, Mr. Antalek served as Director of Engineering for EspriTEC, Manager, Instructional Design Department for Global Learning Technologies, Senior Technical Instructor for Landis & Gyr Powers, and Master Training Specialist at the Naval Nuclear Power School. Mr. Antalek holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a MS in Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida. |
